DA109 Medical Management of the Dental Patient     1 Credit

 

This course will introduce the student to pharmacology and how it relates to the dental profession.  Students will also learn how to identify and treat medical and dental emergencies in the clinical setting.  Instruction will also include the handling of the medically compromised patient.

Health Care Provider level CPR Certification  is required to complete this course.
