Valerie K. Ginyard, Ph.D. is President and CEO of VKG Associates, Inc., Founder of The Phoenix Woman, Inc., a women’s 
empowerment organization, and Phoenicia, LLC Natural Skin Care Products. VKG Associates, Inc. was founded in 1983 by Valerie K. Ginyard, who is a Philadelphia businesswoman, certified mediator, personal coach and teacher educator. She has taught at many area colleges and universities. VKG is a recognized leader in computer technology training and consulting, teacher education, organizational and staff development and training, and academic development support programming for a wide variety of clients in the for-profit and non-profit sectors.
As a result of Dr. Ginyard’s business acumen, dedication, and superior technology-based services, VKG Associates, Inc. was recognized in 2000 by the City of Philadelphia as the Professional Service of the Year and by numerous professional associations for its contribution to civic and community enrichment. In May 2007, Valerie K. Ginyard was awarded 50 Top Business Women in Pennsylvania.
