Associate Degrees

Manor College confers the Associate in Arts and the Associate in Science Degrees to students who:

  • Complete a minimum of 60 semester hours of work with a cumulative average of at least 2.0. Complete the stipulated number of credits as required by each individual program as stated in this catalog.
  • Complete the specific course requirement in the student’s area of specialization.
  • Maintain a “C” or better in each required program course in: Accounting, Allied Health/Science Transfer (all concentrations), Business Administration (all concentrations), Dental Hygiene, Early Childhood Education, Expanded Functions, Dental Assisting, Psychology, Paralegal, and Veterinary Technology.

The student is responsible to contact the Financial Aid Office for an exit interview if they have Federal Perkins or Federal Direct Loans.

Certificate Programs

Requirements for the Certificate:

  1. Complete 24-30 semester hours of work,as required by the individual program.*
  2. Complete the specific course requirement in the student’s area of specialization.
  3. Maintain a cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.0.
  4. Maintain a 2.0 average in the area of concentration.
  5. Meet all financial obligations to the college.

HS Dual Enrollment

High School Dual Enrollment Scholarship Program

The High School Dual Enrollment Scholarship Program allows eligible high school students to accrue college credit during their junior and senior year that will transfer to Manor college or other colleges or universities. This gives the student the potential to earn an Associate Degree within 1 1⁄2 years or a Baccalaureate Degree within 3 1⁄2 years. Participants in this program receive a 50% discount on tuition. Courses are taken on the campus of Manor College. The high school student will participate in the college experience by being integrated into the existing classroom.
