Identification Cards

Manor College Identification Cards are provided to all members of the Manor College campus community as an essential component of school safety and security.  Additionally, students need their ID cards to access library services, purchase their college text books, and access St. Josaphat Residence Hall.

Policy
All members of the Manor College campus community, including students, faculty and staff, are required to wear their identification cards at all times.  ID cards may be either displayed by hanging from a lanyard or clipped to an outer garment.  If ID cards are not visibly displayed, they must be produced immediately upon request.

Lost, stolen, altered, damaged and/or defaced ID cards must be replaced IMMEDIATELY through the Security Services Office.  After the second issue of an ID card, the cost for replacement is $10.00.

Obtaining an Identification card

All Identification cards are issued from the Security Services Office, located in St. Josaphat Residence Hall, room 103.  New students must present their official roster to obtain their IDs.  Continuing Education students must present their official Letter of Confirmation for the class for which they are registered.  Office hours for IDs are Monday through Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm, with extended evening hours during the beginning of each semester, as posted.
