MEDICAL NON-EMERGENCY, REQUIRING HOSPITAL VISIT
In non-life threatening situations, it is the responsibility of the student to arrange for transportation to the hospital. The student may request a Manor Security Officer or a Manor staff person to contact an ambulance.
NOTE: Student is responsible for all costs associated with the hospital visit.
